FAQ
For first time clients a 50% deposit will be due after accepting the quote at the commencement of the project. The only exception to this is if you have been referred by another reputable client.

At the end of the project, I'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance.
Payments can be made by bank transfer in Australia or by credit card via Paypal for international clients.

Returning clients will only be invoiced at the end of the project.
In most urgent cases I can work beyond business hours to achieve your timeline. An additional charge of $200 (AUD) applies to rush projects - rest assured there is no compromise on quality.
In most projects the maximum number of emails of revisions and amendments is two. I do make occasional exceptions, but extra fees will be due should multiple edits disrupt other projects and schedules.

I only ask that you be mindful of our timeline and consolidate edits to two emails if possible (number of revisions per email is unlimited).
Depending on your project, most of the time files are provided in print ready PDF or JPGs depending on their purpose.
A blog or speech will be provided in a Word doc for easy editing.

A PowerPoint presentation will be provided in a PP file with easy to edit text. There may be occasional design elements that were created for you outside PowerPoint and imported in. These assets aren't editable.

If you require the original AI or PS source file, please note this can be provided for an extra fee. If you don't have the font used, the font files and instructions on how to install them will be supplied.
I use Shutterstock for any extra images we may need.
Technically, those assets are licensed to me so if you are going to use them in the public domain you will need to license them to you or your company.

I can ensure quick access and instructions to license the images.
Shutterstock packages are very reasonably priced at $3USD or less per image.

I am more than happy to sign an NDA/ Confidentiality agreement before commencing work on your project.
An average project (for example 15-20 slides with no photoshop or infographic design required) takes approximately 4-5 business days to complete (including briefing, drafts and amendments). At various times throughout the year this may be quicker or slower - I will advise when quoting if there will be any delays/wait list.
You are welcome to send through the following (if applicable):
* Content (already on slides or in an outline format - scroll down for my free content planner)
* Data, statistics, financials - especially if needing custom infographics created. For detailed information, please ensure to provide in a text format so I can copy and paste
* Description of vision for slides or goal of presentation (or inclusions for specific slides)
* Your logo (in either EPS, SVG, PDF, AI or high resolution PNG files - only send JPG if that is all you have)
* Brand standards/ style guides
* Inspiration from websites, images or previous projects you would like me to 'mimic'
* Image files (I can procure stock images easily if you don't have any/enough)

Don't panic if you don't have any of the above - I'm here to help!
In order to convert your logo into various formats (no backgrounds, reverse and black and white versions) I will require an editable file (e.g. AI, EPS or PDF). A high resolution editable file is very handy when you need to apply your logo to various backgrounds and for print jobs. Increasing the logo size for large posters, pull up banners and signs is far easier and produces a high quality result. I am able to redraw your old JPG logo, converting it into an editable format - just let me know when enquiring.
Yes! I can tailor the designs to your comfort level and give you a 1:1 Zoom call to walk through how your Canva brand kit is set up. Depending on the package you have chosen I can also include time on the call for various tutorials on how to edit, duplicate and post your templates. I also include various cheat sheets and quick tips so you feel confident using Canva moving forward.
Both! I can create a one-off design, assist with any brand refreshes down the track or update your templates. I'm happy to arrange follow-up sessions if you need them or create extra social content as needed.
