Need help getting your visual branding sorted — without spending hours in Canva?


I offer small business owners stress-free Canva support, from setting up your Brand Kit and templates to creating social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials that look consistent and professional.

 

Whether you're completely new to Canva or just too busy to make it work for you, I’ll take care of the setup and show you how to use it — or handle it all for you.

Canva Set Up Packages

Don't worry if you don't know what your brand colours are - I can create your palette once I have completed your brand analysis - this is my first task before commencing any work.

All packages require a Canva Premium account and logos provided in an editable format (e.g. AI, EPS or PDF) or high resolution JPG or PNGs.  If you don't have any of these formats I can assist with redrawing or redesigning your existing logo or I can create a new logo from scratch.

Extra services you can add on

 

  • Logos redrawn from scratch from $300 (AUD)

  • Additional templates from $40 (AUD) each

  • Seasonal Holiday pack of 10 templates including branded Christmas, New Year and Easter social media posts from $200 (AUD)  

  • 30, 60 or 90 days of social media content ideas from $50-$150 (AUD)

  • Follow up Zoom calls for further questions or to train other staff $99 (AUD) per hour

  • Large document templates from onboarding packages to annual reports from $150 (AUD) each

What is a Brand Kit?

 

Also known as your company’s brand guidelines, this professionally designed PDF is included in your Canva Brand Kit package. It brings together the essential elements of your visual identity — your logo, colours, fonts, and design style — in one easy-to-follow document.

You can share it with anyone working on your business:

  •  A sign writer creating your shopfront signage

  •  A VA scheduling your social media

  •  A printer producing your brochures

  •  A web developer updating your site

  •  A staff member designing newsletters and reports

  •  A handy addition to new employee onboarding documents to help new starters become familiar with intricacies of your brand

They’ll have everything they need — the right colours, logos, fonts, spacing, and examples — to keep your brand looking sharp and consistent across the board.

This document complements the Brand Kit I set up for you inside Canva, where your colours, logos and fonts are pre-loaded and ready to go. Together, they save you time and make it easy for anyone (even non-designers!) to stick to your brand style with confidence.
